Pam Krueger, founder of Wealthramp, is the Executive Producer and Co-Host of the MoneyTrack series on public television. She is also the author of The MoneyTrack Method: A Real Person’s Guide to Successful Investing (Wiley, 2018).
During her 20+ year career in finance, Pam has earned recognition and admiration as both an investor and educator. Early on, Pam realized that many of her clients lacked a basic understanding of financial planning. This realization reshaped her view of the finance profession and sparked a commitment to improve financial literacy for as many people as possible.

I founded Elemental Wealth Advisors because I believe everyone should have access to solid financial planning, period. No one should be turned away just because they don't have a million dollar portfolio or aren't a higher income earner. Everyone, regardless of income or assets, has financial matters that they need to address. Our clients are those who are just starting to get their financial plans in order and who are eager to learn each step of the way!
We take an educational approach to the financial planning process and provide a means for everyone to construct and implement processes to achieve their financial goals. Together, we walk through and implement each aspect of YOUR financial plan. The financial services industry has made it difficult to see all investment costs and expenses. As a fee-only advisory firm, we believe in transparency. There are no hidden fees or surprises. We collaborate so that you will know what is going on every step of the way. We work as fiduciaries, offering our clients support in every area of their personal financial lives. I'm also a CPA who looks at your whole picture including comprehensive tax planning. I earned my degree in Economics, and a Masters in Business and Portfolio Management. You'll find me to be responsive, collaborative and down-to-earth.
When I'm not at the office, you'll likely find me out running. I'm a Dad to two amazing kids, and sometimes I even enjoy a real movie.

I'm an experienced money manager with over 20 years of experience working for major asset and wealth management firms, including First Union (now Wells Fargo), BNY Mellon, and PNC Wealth Management. I became frustrated with the big firms fractured method of delivering advice to clients and the ever-increasing fees that went along with it. When my clients began sharing the same frustration, I began to formulate a vision of starting a private wealth advisory firm, and in 2015, Haddon Wealth Management, LLC was born.
I've been married for 25 years, and we have three children. I enjoy serving my community. My hobbies include sailing my 30+ year old sailboat out of Worton Creek on the Chesapeake - unfortunately not often enough! I'm an outdoorsman at heart, and I've climbed three 14,000 peaks in Colorado, as well as made an attempt to climb Mt. Rainier in Washington - ask me about that trip!
